I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been in practice for 20 years. Out of a profound interest in relationships, I have specialized in Couples and Sex Therapy, as well as the complexities of Cross Cultural Interfaith couples. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I am fully bilingual Spanish-=English. I work with young adults, adults and the elderly; straight and gay couples who present with a myriad of issues :depression ;anxiety; feelings of low self esteem; hopelessness about their present and future; relationship issues; sexual dysfunctions; etc.
I have specialized in Couples and Sex Therapy. I work from an analytic and behavioral perspective:I prescribe behavioral exercises every session - and I help each partner understand the deeper meanings of their relational and sexual difficulties; as well as dealing with family of origin unresolved issues from their past.
I feel passionate about working with couples: whether it is for sex therapy or any difficulties they may be experiencing. I work with everything: questionnaires, books, exercises, relaxation meditation exercises, sexual exercises to do at home. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping couples heal and renew their commitment.
