Susan Pease Gadoua
Susan is a Best Selling Author and Speaker. She is also a Licensed Therapist with nearly 25 years of experience. Susan opened her general private therapy practice in Marin County, California in 1993.
Through the years, Susan has worked with individuals, couples, and families; adults and adolescents on a myriad of topics including marital/relationship discord, substance abuse, mood disorders (depression and anxiety), as well as grief and loss.
Quite unintentionally, Susan began working with divorcing people in the year 2000.
Susan founded the Transition Institute of Marin to work with people in all kinds of life changes - divorce, empty nesters and those new to the Bay Area. But it quickly became evident that those undergoing marital transition had the greatest need for Susan’s services so she began focusing her attention on creating groups and workshops to help guide these women and men through the divorce process.
